We're hiring!

Catalyst Choices is committed to combating the crisis and playing our part in Halton Borough Council’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are also committed to keeping those who use our services and our staff, safe and well.

In partnership with the Council, we are rapidly transforming Lilycross care facility in Widnes into step-down accommodation for patients discharged from hospital with outstanding care needs. This will free up beds in local NHS hospitals for acutely unwell COVID-19 patients and will enable NHS frontline staff to save more lives.

The Covid-19 pandemic has seen many industries forced to make staff redundant or furloughed. Those people have so much to offer to combat this crisis and we want to hear from them!

“What does a carer look like?”

A carer looks like: a hairdresser, a barman, a nursery nurse, a brother, an actor, a cabin crew assistant… in other words, they look like you!

You don’t need formal care experience to apply. We’re just keen to hear from people who are enthusiastic, attentive and want to #PlayYourPart and #CombatTheCrisis.
